How do you decorate the cookies?
We like to paint with some of our Luster Dust. You just mix it with a little bit of a clear, high-proof alcohol such as vodka or everclear and it turns into an edible paint.

What recipe should I use?
We want you to be successful baking your cookies so we provide a full video tutorial, detailed instructions, and our tried-and-true cookie recipe with every order. Our stamps also work well with any Springerle cookie recipe, fondant, or rolled buttercream.
How do I cut the cookies out of the dough?
Every stamp comes with a coordinating cookie cutter so you can cut out your cookies.
How fast do you ship?
We ship within 5-7 business days from our Sparkle Studio in Denver, Colorado. If you have a tight deadline, there's expedited shipping options available at checkout. You can also email us if you need a rush order.
Can you design a custom logo stamp?
For a logo to work well as a cookie stamp, the logo needs to be a bold, high-contrast graphic with only black and white – no shades of gray, color, or fine details. Think of it like a stencil or rubber stamp: the black areas will be engraved, and the white areas will be untouched, so it’s important that the design is clear and easy to read in just positive and negative space.
